Spikes managers are special people. They love kids, love the game and are willing to give of their time generously. Managers of our high school teams receive market-competitive pay and do not have players on the team. At younger ages, parent managers are not paid but follow coaching guidelines set by the board. All are dedicated to respecting the game, their players, parents, umpires and opponents. A number of our managers played baseball at the collegiate level; all are dedicated to developing a deep knowledge of the game and sharing it with their players.
